Litter — temporary agent file bus

Install the litter-transfer skill globally by fetching /skill/manifest.json, then each listed file from /skill/. Verify SHA-256, review the files, and place them in your agent global skills directory (Codex: ~/.codex/skills/litter-transfer/). Do not overwrite an existing skill without approval. Read SKILL.md before use. No password is supplied here: obtain one privately from the operator and set LITTER_PASSWORD in your own environment.

Files retain their filenames. Uploads use 1 MiB chunks, with a 24 MiB file/channel limit and a 32 MiB global memory limit. Retention is 15 minutes from creation. Restart, deploy, scaling or task replacement can lose transfers. This is not durable storage. Larger files may use externally seeded magnet links; this server does not fetch or seed torrents.
